Annie Strickland

Annie is a researcher and designer who brings a unique perspective from a background in both psychology and human-centred design. She has experience working across private, public and third sectors and is passionate about helping people learn, heal and grow through building user experiences that support health and wellbeing. 

Annie has experience leading on multiple projects to date, including the large CX Transformation programme delivered to Lincolnshire County Council and several Meta contracts. She has a deep understanding of design sprint methodology for the development of digital products. Annie is also active in building and maintaining a thriving culture among the team at EL and serves as one of EL’s Data Protection Champions.
