Millennials aren’t just the critical customers for banks in the future – they’re rapidly becoming todays most fought over consumer sector.

But how do they engage with Financial Services? What truly appeals to them? And what do they think of big banks, neobanks, and potential offerings from non-banks like Google or Facebook?

We assembled a group of millennials for a series of in-depth workshops to find out the answers to these questions and others.

The result is four short videos demonstrating what real millennials think about their experience of Financial Services, each focusing on a different question.
