Andy Marsh

Andy is an experienced service designer, with a background in the public sector, using Human Centred Design and Systems Thinking methodologies to drive transformation. He’s worked across a range of services, including Benefits, Housing and contact centres, as well as applying these approaches to projects in sub-Saharan Africa and operational management during Covid response work.

Andy is keen on adding data insights to the tools of service design, and in unpacking the assumptions behind system designs. Outside work he’s often found running, swimming, or still trying to win the local pub quiz.
